Welcome your next magnificent vacation on the Oregon Coast at this bright and cheerful home overlooking Spring Lake!
Primed for a magical family getaway, this lakefront retreat comes complete with a private hot tub and a water-view patio where you might see deer wandering the lakeshore. The private gas grill sets the stage for lakeside barbecues. Grab your fishing pole and walk out to the dock to test your luck with catching a fish or two. Kayaks are available for exploring the lake and 1 adult-sized bicycle is provided for cruising the neighborhood. Downtown Rockaway Beach is only a mile away.
The living room offers expansive views and cushy furnishings while watching your favorite cable TV series or that movie you've wanted to catch on one of the many streaming channels. You can also challenge your skills and laugh out loud while playing some competitive board games. Your kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking intimate home-cooked meals to partake at the dining room table. The free WiFi makes it easy to post the day's memories to your social media.

Dock details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Located in Rockaway Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad and Garibaldi Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Kelly's Brighton Marina LLC and Wheeler Marina. Tillamook Country Smoker and Tillamook County Fairgrounds are also worth visiting. Kayaking and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking nearby.
