This Lakefront beach house is located in the heart of Rockaway and is just a few blocks from beach access. This home is perfect for the next family vacation and offers new renovation and comfortable accommodations with stunning lake views!
You'll enjoy preparing meals in the homes newly remodeled bright kitchen or relaxing in the airy living room. Beautiful hardwood floors follow the homes main level and flow into the Queen Primary bedroom. You'll be sure to enjoy the homes remodeled master bathroom, equipped with a calming jacuzzi tub to help unwind from the busy day. One the homes lower level you will find a large kids bedroom with three twins, an upper loft offer additional sleeping with a queen futon.
Outside is a spacious deck with patio furniture giving plenty of room for entertaining, relaxation and exploring – great for kids and pets! Look at night for the bats to depart from the trees and put on a show over the lake. Guests and locals alike love watching them and are grateful they help manage those pesky lake mosquitos! With easy beach access just a short walk from the front door and the conveniences of town just a short walk away, Lakefront Beachhouse offers a family retreat everyone is sure enjoy!

*There are four security cameras. Three outside cameras and one in the garage. The garage is not rented out. The outside cameras are at the front entrance facing the parking lot, one at the rear of the house facing the rear entrance to the deck and one camera only transmitting the electric meter data.
Note: The glassfront of the house is a passive solar heating room not a living space.

Located in Rockaway Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad and Garibaldi Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Cape Meares Lighthouse and Octopus Tree.
