This three-level, newly-built townhome, located just steps from the surf and sand, invites you to experience the beauty and fun of Rockaway Beach! Discover a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, counter seating, and a table for two, a dining table with seating for six - ideal for meals and rainy day games - and a sunlit living area with a sectional sofa, gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, and sliding door access out to a furnished balcony complete with a gas grill. And on the second-floor, off one of two bedrooms, you'll find another balcony with a private hot tub! With the beach right in your backyard, and the heart of Rockaway Beach just a few blocks away, you cannot beat the location of this wonderful getaway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
