Located just south of Rockaway Beach's central business district in a complex with a shared common area, this home is perfect for travelers who would like to explore the area on foot. There are numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the beach is just across the street. The calm waters of Lake Lytle are on the other side of town, and Nehalem Bay and Tillamook Bay are just a few miles to the north and south of the home, respectively - kayakers, take note!

This 500-square-foot cabin is cozy and welcoming, with an updated kitchen area and nice touches throughout. After a long day out and about, return to the comfort of your vacation rental and use the well-appointed kitchen to put together a delicious home-cooked meal, perhaps using some fish you caught yourself that morning! Relax on the futon while you browse the cable channels, or head out for a sunset walk on the beach with your dog. (Limit one dog, 40 pounds or less. Please note an additional nightly pet fee applies.)

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
