The renovated garage-turned bedroom boasts an abundance of retro charm with its old-school movie posters, checkered flooring, and bright pops of color. The furnishings are soft and the temperature is always comfortable with central air-conditioning at your disposal. A separate bathroom is available for this space.

Above the garage, the full studio apartment is full of light and bohemian decorations. There is a well-equipped kitchen, making cooking a breeze, and a whimsical bathroom complete with a clawfoot tub and walk-in shower. The living space is perfect for family movie nights or simple days in.

A washer/dryer, multiple fireplaces, a collection of board games, and internet access round out the on-site interior amenities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
