Close to I-490, you'll be anywhere in Rochester in minutes! Short walk to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. No local guests, property is available to international and out of town traveler’s.
The Space:

Common entrance, Shared free laundry located in basement. 2nd floor queen bed studio with Roku TV. Parking is free in driveway and first come first serve-there are 6 spots. additional free parking located on the street alternating nights- please read street signs as what side to park- we do not reimburse for parking tickets.
Guest Access:

You'll have access to the whole apartment. The building has 8 apartments in total with quiet and respectful neighbors. Please abide by our quiet hours of 10pm-8am so that everyone may enjoy their stay

Historic, scenic, peaceful. The quaint East Avenue Neighborhood is nestled away in a quiet corner of Rochester. Close to bars, restaurants, coffee shops and great walking Many old brick homes have been beautifully converted and some remain as elegant, single-family homes. East avenue is Rochester most expensive and historic neighborhood

Parking is first come first serve and is free on property- 6 parking spots-additional free parking is on the street. There are always ample spots on the street available. It is alternate parking on the street. Please make sure you read the street signs, they will tell you what night you can park on what side. We do not reimburse for parking tickets.

No local guests, property is available to international and out of town traveler’s.
