Other Things To Note: Shoes OFF in our home please! Be considerate of our original 1950's hardwood floors-do not roll your luggage's on our floors. Do not wheel or drag luggage on floors.
While we welcome families with children, it's important to note our home may not be entirely childproof. We strive to provide a safe environment, but some features or areas may require extra supervision. We have 3 outdoor only security cameras.

Newly remodeled with a blend of retro style with modern elements. All new appliances. Fully stocked kitchen providing guests with a complete cooking & baking experience. Nespresso coffee machine & frother for making lattes & cappuccinos. 2 counter stools facing the chef / host! Window above the sink so you can watch the family in the backyard.

/Dining Room/
Located adjacent to the kitchen. West Elm Mid Century Modern table & chairs seats 6 guests comfortably. Built in cabinets with beautiful tea sets for guests to use.

/Fireplace Room/ Wood burning fireplace, record player, cozy chairs to lounge in. 3 large windows allow for natural sunlight and outside views. High end blinds for complete privacy.

/TV Room/ Wet-bar, Smart TV with streaming & basic cable. Sofa, recliner, board games' and books.

/Powder Room/ Toilet and sink located near the kitchen and door leading to laundry room in the basement.

UPSTAIRS:

After November 12, 2024 4th bedroom will be added including a Trundle bed (full & twin size beds), built in drawers & desk, small closet. 2 windows adding additional light.
/Primary Bedroom/ King sized bed, Smart TV (with streaming & cable), sitting area with 2 vintage cane chairs. In this room guests will have their own Wing! A gorgeous bathroom & dressing room are connected with a door for complete privacy from all other bedrooms.

/Primary Spa Bathroom/ This gorgeous newly remodeled bathroom is complete luxury. West Elm vanity sink, heated bidet toilet, large soaking tub, marble shower with large glass doors, marble walls & rain showerhead. Heated floors for the cold months.

/Primary Dressing Room & Closet/
California Closet Company built the closets and heated floors.

/Large 2nd Bedroom/ 2 Queen size beds, vintage vanity, reading chair, walk in closet, built in drawers, 3 large windows for natural sun light. Pottery Barn blinds for complete privacy.

/3rd Bedroom/ 1 Full size bed, built in vanity with stool, many built in drawers, closet, sitting chair.

BASEMENT:

/Laundry/ Only adult age guests may use this room. Washer & Dryer available.

BACKYARD:

Fenced in private yard with a Grill, Dining Table, Fire Pit area.

NON FENCED IN YARD:

Swing Set by the driveway. Guests are asked to not hang out or walk in front of the house (facing Penfield Rd.) due to the large mature trees occasionally having fallen branches and high traffic (not safe for children). Please use our large backyard only.

Rochester is home to this vacation home. George Eastman Museum and Main Street Armory are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Strong and ARTWalk. Traveling with kids? Consider Strasenburgh Planetarium and Rochester Museum and Science Center.
