The cozy queen & twin rooms also offer comfortable seasonal bedding. The second-floor bathroom includes a tub and shower, along with bath towels, shampoos, conditioners, & a hair dryer.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for home cooks, with a Nespresso machine, frother, coffee maker, & tea selection.
The home also includes a high-tech LG ThinQ washer/dryer combo, making laundry effortless.

Note: The stairs are a bit steep due to the home’s age & may not be suitable for guests w/ mobility issues or recovering from abdominal surgery. There are hand rails on both sides of the stairs.
Note: The lower-level back unit is rented to a Mayo Clinic professional (physician/scientist/nurse) normally with a separate entrance and self-contained space. While both areas are private, you may occasionally hear faint sounds between units.
