• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Strip any used beds and gather used towels
• Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights
• Please keep in mind the 11 am check out time. remove used inserts from duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, blankets and place in living room on main level. leave duvet covers on each bed.
• All used towels need to be gathered and brought into the main bathtub. all open food needs to be discarded and taken to the black trash can outside. turn thermostat to 78 in summer and 61 winter.
• All toys used to be put back where they were and outside left as it was when you arrived. we hope you enjoyed your stay and would appreciate a review of our lake house. please be safe going home!
