Welcome to our cozy and comfortable private 3-bedroom apartment located in the vibrant neighborhood of Browntown in Detroit! Our room can accommodate up to 5 guests and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You'll find 2 Queen size beds and a single bed with fresh linens and comfortable beddings, a private bathroom with fresh towels and essential toiletries, and hot showers in a warm and inviting space.

In addition to these amenities, we provide a flat-screen TV with cable and streaming services, so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies during your stay. You'll also have access to high-speed WiFi, keeping you connected throughout your visit.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we've included a fridge for keeping your drinks and snacks cold, as well as a coffee maker to brew your morning cup of coffee, and a fully equipped kitchen to complete your experience. Parking is spacious and conveniently located right outside your room.

Our location in Browntown puts you in the heart of all the action in Detroit. You'll be just a short drive or walk from local restaurants, cafes, and bars, ensuring you'll never run out of things to do.

Please note that prior to check-in, we require our guests to complete a pre-check-in form and pay a refundable $100 deposit fee via a third-party application called Duve. This form will provide you with all the important details you'll need during your stays, such as check-in instructions, full address, and WiFi information. ▶️Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, that could be deducted from your security deposit.
▶️Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM.
▶️$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund.
▶️$250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.
▶️$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
▶️Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :)
▶️$250 penalty for having pets in the unit
▶️Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
▶️On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you
➡️Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.
