Welcome to this Old Charm Craftsman-style home located in a historic neighborhood in Downtown Riverside, a few blocks walking distance to the famous Mission Inn, a historical landmark hotel. Lots of history in the area. This home is for those guests who prefer an elegant stay or have a special someone they would like to impress. As you walk into this 2 story gem, you will walk into the foyer of this home with a beautiful chandelier and access to the living room and another entrance to the dining room. This historic charm has an open floor plan with high ceilings, new wood floors tall living room windows that give it the old southern feel.

As you walk into the living room you will notice the chandelier above the table and a feeling of wanting to entertain family and friends. Enjoy your mornings on our breakfast area island adjacent to the beautifully decorated large kitchen with brand new cabinets and quartz to keep those family/friends gatherings going.
