The entire property, including cottage, wooded lot, covered dock, and lake access.

-Lake Wateree boat ramp/landing is within walking distance from the Lake Retreat.
- A valid fishing license is required to fish in South Carolina's public freshwaters.
-Guests are required to sign our Rental Agreement asap, within 3 days of booking and before check-in.
