Welcome to our peaceful studio apartment with a private entrance, perfect for a relaxing stay. The apartment features a comfortable queen-size bed and a dedicated workspace with a desk, ideal for remote work or studying. Natural light floods the space, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. The full bathroom boasts a spacious walk-in shower, and we provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, sink, skillet, pot, a two-burner electric stove, a kettle, a K-cup coffee maker with coffee, and all necessary serve ware. Step outside to your private porch to enjoy your morning coffee. Free parking is available in the large parking lot behind the main building.
Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the apartment through a separate entrance at the back of the building. If parking on the street, enter through the wood gate on the left. If utilizing the private parking in the back, the entrance is adjacent to the parking area. The laundry room is located in the basement, accessible through the door marked with the laundry sign on the right side of the building.

Getting around is easy from our cozy nest! We offer free parking in the large parking lot behind the main building. The property is conveniently located near major highways, with I-64 and I-95 just a 5-minute drive away. Richmond International Airport (RIC) is approximately a 20-minute drive, making it easy to reach your destination.
