The property is centrally and conveniently located close to many wonderful attractions offered in the San Francisco Bay Area. Pt Richmond has easy access via I-580 and I-80 to San Francisco, 19 miles, to Berkeley & East Bay 5 -9 miles, and to communities across the San Rafael Bridge (north on 101) to the wine country in Sonoma and Napa 35 miles.
A versatile location: A ferry terminal for Richmond 2.8 miles away, & Bart station(s) 5-9 miles, l Oakland airport 23 miles, SFO airport 31 miles.

Point Richmond has several marinas in the area. The Brickyard Cove, Richmond Yacht Club, and the Marina Bay Yacht Harbor, which includes a large picnic-BBQ lawn Area .
After you have made a reservation, please communicate through the VRBO platform and send us the following info. as we request it from all of our guests who plan to stay here. This info. would include the names of the guest(s), your mailing address and a cell phone number which you can be reached during your stay here.
By submitting and completing payment for the reservation, the guest acknowledges receipt of the rental agreement, including all terms, conditions, and house rules, and agrees to be bound by them.
Cancellation Policy: If a Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation. The deposit will be refunded, if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.

NOTE: We are and hope our guests make a commitment to ensure you that we stay safe and healthy. Being in the healthcare field, I have always followed the CDC/OSHA infection control recommendations, between guests. I have continued to implement these effective guidelines. There is a surveillance device that monitors the outside of the property. It is attached to the main house, monitoring the street to entry of complete property. It is not placed on the rented unit, where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy. If you choose to pay with a credit card VRBO will include surcharges, or you can you use an electronic check that has no extra fees.
