peaceful neighborhood! Completely renovated and lavish “Relax-Modern” fit and
finish will rival any 5-star hotel nearby! This is the true meaning of what a “Patio
Home” should be, step outside to the tranquil setting to include two covered
patios, gas grill area, firepit section and luxury synthetic turf backyard!

We pride ourselves on our design and function to provide the most relaxing and peaceful stay possible!
You will find a stunning kitchen fully stocked with all you need for cooking, serving and or baking, a sitting area and a wine/coffee bar. Dining area for six opens to the family room with luxurious furniture and access to the side patio and courtyard!
The large secondary bedroom comes equipped with a desk area and two twin Xl beds that can be converted to a king bed if requested. The smaller bedroom has a queen bed. The main bath has a walk-in shower for your convenience with a skylight pouring down natural light. The master bed is equipped with a king bed, and flows into the master bath which provides a deep soaking’s tub and separate shower, vanity area, full length mirror and large closet with built in safe.
It’s just important to us that you enjoy our home while asleep as well as being awake! We have installed comfortable Nectar memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms, quality pillows, linens and towels.
All bedrooms and the living room is equipped with large smart TV’s providing cable, Apple TV, Netflix, You Tube, etc., surround sound in the living room with ability to connect via blue-tooth to enjoy your favorite play list.
For your additional convenience, we have provided a 50amp EV plug in the garage, 500 Mbps fiber internet service, an array of books, board games to explore at your leisure. Behind the neighborhood is a public park with a jogging trail and playground.
Richardson is home to this vacation home. Galleria Dallas and Dallas Market Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden and Dallas World Aquarium.
