Access is easy and secure, with private parking for two cars in the driveway and free parking available in front of the house. To explore the island, it is recommended to have a car or rent a vehicle.
## Neighborhood
Located in the peaceful Mont-Roquefeuil neighborhood, the villa is a 10-minute walk (or 2 minutes by car) from the center of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains. You will be close to the island’s most beautiful beaches and numerous shops, including Carrefour City (1 minute on foot), a bakery, wine cellar, pharmacy, medical center, as well as bars and restaurants of the seaside resort.
## Transit
The villa's location is ideal for exploring the west coast of Réunion Island. You are 3 minutes by car from the beaches of Saint-Gilles (Roches Noires and Brisants), and 7 minutes from the Ermitage lagoon to the south and Boucan Canot beach to the north. In less than 10 minutes, you can reach the Tamarin road, the Saint-Paul market, Bassin Bleu Golf, and the open-air theater.
