Totally independent house, recent, located in Petite ile, at the ideal altitude of 390m, in a quiet and peaceful environment 2 km from the city center by car (shops, medical offices, restaurants) and 3 min drive from the road national road leading to St Pierre.
The house is located at the doors of the wild south 15 minutes drive from St Pierre with its lively seafront and beaches, it is therefore an ideal starting point to radiate all over the south of the island (volcano, castles of lava, various and varied hikes for all levels, rivers and waterfalls, beaches and cliffs, circus of Cilaos).

The house has 3 double bedrooms (with a bed of 140 X 190 and two beds of 160 X 200) with quality bedding, cupboards, bedside tables and bedside lamps.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, as well as a double vanity unit.
The kitchen is fully equipped with: fridge / freezer, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, dishes etc ...
The living room is equipped with a sofa, a flat screen TV with cable channels and unlimited internet connection (WIFI).
You will have two covered terraces with sea view, one in front of the house with garden furniture, and another with a table and a barbecue, a private petanque court, a ping pong table, as well as two private parking spaces.
Private pool secured (security cover + alarm), heated during the austral winter, with deckchairs.
The price includes the various charges (tourist tax, air conditioning, linen provided (excluding beach towels), etc .....
Additional equipment included: washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, cleaning set, fans.
You will just have to put your bags and you will feel at home to enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful view.
As you can see, the place is ideal to relax.
Our animal freinds are not admitted.
Smokers are allowed outside the premises only.
Stay of 5 nights minimum, you can choose the day of your arrival.
Accommodation capacity 6 people maximum (3 double rooms).
The balance is to be paid no later than the delivery of the keys, after the payment of the deposit of 30%.

Cleaning fee at the end of the stay obligatory in supplement: 50 €.
Festive nights not allowed by respect of the neighborhood.
