Villa Salba is a contemporary bioclimatic style architect-designed villa built in 2023.

Built on land that was originally very steep, it benefits, like an eagle's nest, from magnificent panoramic views of the coastline to the surroundings of the volcano.

The villa is made up of two completely independent dwellings, Aloes (T2) and Vacoa (T3).

- Parties and events of any kind are not permitted in the villa (out of respect for the neighbors, quiet and residential area). Villa completely non-smoking inside, ashtrays are available if needed outside.
- Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
