The apartment is an elegant duplex comprising:
* on the first level: an entrance, separate toilets, a living room with large open kitchen, dining table, chairs, sofa bed, washing machine, television, access to a terrace overlooking the Indian Ocean and the Roches Noires esplanade.
* on the second level, accessible by internal staircase: bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and WC, dressing room.
Passenger access
Your car can be parked for free in the building's underground car park. The apartment is located on the first floor of the Residence.
Other remarks
Roches Noires beach has a lifeguard post with lifeguards, as well as beach showers. Swimming is made safe there by the installation of anti-shark nets.
Rue du Port leads directly to Roches Noires beach. You can easily access the marina of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains where you will find many nautical activities (scuba diving, sailboat rental, sea trips for the observation of dolphins and whales, big game fishing) , the Reunion Aquarium, restaurants and shops.
Surfing friends, the Pétrel Noir is located on the Roches Noires surf spot!
Roches Noires Beach is one of Reunion's main beaches. A lifeguard service provides surveillance and security. At this place, there is no lagoon but an anti-shark net allows safe swimming.
The apartment overlooks the beautiful esplanade of Roches Noires, facing the Indian Ocean, where you will find very lively restaurants and lounge bars very popular with Reunionese.
On foot, you have all the shops of the seaside resort of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains nearby. You are close to the Post Office, the Town Hall and the Gendarmerie of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains.
Move
In Reunion, public transport is difficult, if you want to discover the island in good conditions, we strongly advise you to rent a car, especially since you will have a parking space in the closed car park. and secure in the basement of the building.
Nevertheless, Saint-Gilles-les-Bains is distributed by several bus lines carrying out inter-urban routes, a service provided by the company Les Cars Jaunes: lines S3, S4 & T, Saint-Gilles-les-Bains stop.
Located in Saint-Paul, this apartment is in the city center and on the waterfront. Cave of the First French and Musée Stella Matutina are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Aquarium de la Réunion and Garden of Eden. Run' Aventures and Rdutemps are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and hiking nearby.
