You'll find a bedroom with Queen size bed (160*200), a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet with storage space and washing machine dryer, an entrance hall with cupboard, a living room-kitchen-dining room. The living area is 40m². The sofa in the living room can be converted into a daily bed for 2 people (140*190) with a comfortable Dunlopillo mattress. Numerous kitchen appliances.
Please note: there is no terrace in the apartment.
Access to the apartment is independent, thanks to the key box next to the door. Entry to the building is by code. Badge provided for parking access.
