5 bedroom house sleeps 9 comfortably. This house is well suited for a family with kids, and includes 3 rooms that are very kid focused. Lots of room to find your own space to work or relax, and an open floor plan to bring the family together for meals or movies at the end of the day.
The house has a fantastic backyard for eating dinner and playing, along with a trampoline, tree house, and swing set. There is also a park about 100 yards from the house with astroturf for soccer or ball games. The streets are also very safe for biking, and kids have set up lots of mountain bike trails within the neighborhood. Finally, there's great hiking and walking trails starting a few houses down, and quick access to beautiful nature areas including Lake Tahoe, Washoe Lake, Galena Creek and the Mount Rose Wilderness. Feel free to use our bikes and backpacks to get wherever you'd like to go as a family!
Wireless internet, and lots of space to find to work while family plays.
For entertainment, there is one large roku TV in the family room that comes with Netflix and Disney Plus.
For dining, there are three options:
Formal dining area that seats 8
Breakfast nook next to kitchen that seats 6
Outdoors wrought iron table and chairs (with cushions) that seat 6 and are lovely in the evening under the shaded pergola.

Reno is home to this vacation home. Bowers Mansion and Reno Arch are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Cinemark Century Summit Sierra and ArrowCreek Golf Course.
