Riverwalk District: Enjoy vibrant nightlife at the Riverwalk District, a cultural hub with plenty of entertainment options. Explore the many galleries, theaters, restaurants, bars, and green spaces – no two visits are the same!

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the guest suite only. Please note that access to the garage, main house, and backyard is not permitted at any time. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our privacy and space.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for one vehicle in the large driveway.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi available throughout the home.

✹ FAMILY: Our home is suitable for older children. We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including children’s tableware, plug socket covers + books/board games for ages 5 and over.

✹ PETS: We have a no-pet policy.

Other Things to Note:

✹ Entry to the suite is via a separate entrance, with easy self-check-in available via the keypad on the front door.

✹ Flexible month-to-month booking is available to accommodate unpredictable events, such as home repairs or work assignments. Please reach out to discuss your needs.

✹ Although attached to the main house, the guest house is designed to ensure guests have both privacy and quiet. We maintain respectful quiet hours to minimize disruption and the suite bedroom has sound protection.

✹As this is attached to the main home where we already have our own animals, we regrettably cannot accept any guest pets, ESAs or service animals.

Located in Reno, this guesthouse is in the city center and on a river. Cinemark Century Summit Sierra and Wolf Run Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Fun Quest and Wild Island Family Adventure Park. Grand Adventure Land and Terry Lee Wells Nevada Discovery Museum are also worth visiting.
