Chic renovated, beach house on a lushly landscaped property in the charming hamlet of historic Remsenburg, 3 miles to Westhampton Beach center, and a short car ride or bike ride to ocean beaches. The electric sunsets from the roof deck and from the beach just steps from the house, will fill you with awe. Enjoy the multiple areas of the property designed for privacy, lounging, reading, and playing, which is surrounded by professional landscaping ensuring privacy.

The house is bright, sunny, and uplifting, perfect for getting restored. Most days, there's a cool breeze coming off the water from the bay, which is directly across the street. The sounds of the ocean are often heard in the distance. The air is sweet and refreshing.

The home is in mint condition, recently renovated, with two queen bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms.

Rest well on comfortable, high end mattresses. Black out curtains on large bedroom windows control the sunlight. The en-suite bedroom has sliding doors out to a private deck, which is off the hot tub as well as a standing desk if you need to work.

There's plenty of closet and drawer space.

Each bedroom has a remote controlled ceiling fan. If you don't love AC, on many nights the breeze off of the bay is enough.

There's also a queen sleeper in the living room.

A fully equipped kitchen includes a Vitamix, and Brevelle coffee maker. The game room is sunny and large, and has a large flat screen TV.

Relax into a new, immaculate hot tub with stereo and lighting, with seating for seven adults. The surrounding trees are spotlit at night, which makes for a tranquil and soothing experience while soaking.

Luxuriate in the private outdoor rain shower while taking in the sun and sky.

Climb the staircase to a mahogany roof deck. Shade yourself under the large canteliver umbrella, and be mesmerized by the gorgeous views and sunsets of the Moriches Bay, which is framed in the distance by Dune Road in Westhampton Beach. Marvel at electric sunsets and 360 degree starry nights from the roof deck, or take them in from the beach. Retractable gates at the top and bottom of the roof decks stairs ensure your young child's safety.

Sip your morning coffee on the back deck with comfortable seating while appreciating the lush fauna, beautiful birds, and morning light. Neighboring ospreys are often seen and heard calling out to one another while looking for a catch in the bay. There's a cantilever umbrella and heat lamp for your comfort, and a gas Weber grill for cooking local farm fresh produce.

The property has a kayak, paddle board, fire pit area with Adirondack chairs, as well as a Peleton in the game room.

We are steps away from a quiet bay beach. You can easily cast off on our paddle board or kayak. Life jackets included.

Our location couldn't be more perfect as we are at the end of a beautiful lane in a quiet neighborhood, so it's easy to bike, walk, and jog. Beautiful ocean beaches are close by and easily accessible along Dune Road in Westhampton Beach.

Bike ride into the village of Westhampton Beach (three miles) or to the charming village of Eastport (2 miles) for coffee and scones. Just up the road there's also a bagel store, liquor store, Italian and Chinese restaurants, farm stands, and supermarkets. Tennis and Pickleball are a mile away.

The Tangier Outlets, Long Island Aquarium, Quogue Wildlife Center, Splish Splash Water Park, Parrish Art Museum, vineyards and breweries of the North Fork, and hiking trails are in close proximity to the home. Montauk is well worth the drive just to watch the surfers navigate the layers of beautiful waves at the tip of Long Island.
