Beachfront Townhome which sleeps 8 (10 using sleep sofa), 4 full baths and outdoor shower, wonderful oceanside deck. Private North Shores Beach is right out the back door. Beach Club with pool and tennis conveniently located across the street. State Park with miles of hiking and biking trails is a half mile away. One mile from Downtown Rehoboth and its fabulous restaurants, shops and Funland. The house has lots of living space and a large dining room table which seats 10, a comfortable living room and a smaller table with an ocean view. The main floor opens to a deck overlooking the ocean and just steps from the beach. The deck has a large table for family dinners as well as couches and chairs for relaxing. Additional temporary tables are also available. The top floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Master bedroom faces the ocean. The main floor has living space, dining room and kitchen as well as a den with a pull out couch. There is a full bath on the main floor as well. The bottom floor is walk-out and has a bedroom and another full bath. The large washer and dryer are also on this floor. The outdoor shower is just out the front door. Recent updates to the house include new windows, new lvp floors, ocean side new one level deck, and new street side deck and upgraded shower. There is an elevator as well.

Located in North Shores, a neighborhood in Rehoboth Beach, this vacation home is near a water park and by the ocean. Shoppers can check out Tanger Outlets, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Cape Henlopen State Park and Rehoboth Beach. Beach Arcade and Virtual Fun Arcade & Playland are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, water tubing, and parasailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
