2022 is looking like another great year to be in Rehoboth. Great weekly rates in September with heated pool. 3-Day rentals available starting September 17th. Pool is open til Oct 10th. This brand new home was completed in 2015. The spacious first floor features an open concept kitchen/living/dining area with 10.5' ceilings, solid hardwood floors, gas fireplace, large gourmet kitchen with exotic granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, including 2 dishwashers. First floor master featured custom round shower, double vanities and Jacuzzi tub. Side entrance mudroom, has washer/dryer and ceramic tile.

The private back yard features 13' x 24' in ground pool, 12' x 19' back patio with gas barbeque grill.

The second floor has 5 master bedrooms all with private baths. Main second floor master features private balcony overlooking backyard. The 2nd floor wet bar has granite counter tops, sink and mini fridge, so there's no need to go downstairs for that first cup of coffee.
Located in The Pines, a neighborhood in Rehoboth Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and near a water park. Shoppers can check out Tanger Outlets, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Cape Henlopen State Park and Rehoboth Beach. Beach Arcade and Virtual Fun Arcade & Playland are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cycling nearby.
