Our little beach getaway is a 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that is a short .5 mile walk to the beach and has easy parking.
The first floor has a family room, dining room, two bedrooms, a full bath and a kitchen.
The 2 bedrooms downstairs has one room with a full size bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin size beds
You will also find a nice 40 inch TV with Cable and Internet in the living room.
Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with a skylight, a queen size mattress and another full bath. It also has a small television in case you want to sneak away and have a quiet night away from everyone.
About 10 feet outside our house - you will find a shaded common area with a table with an umbrella. Its perfect for relaxing outside while having dinner and enjoying a drink.
I should also say that we have parking for two cars in our shared parking lot.
The Beach is only 4 blocks away
The Starboard and Bottle & Cork are only a 5-7 block walk (about 7-10 mins walking)
You are a short bike ride, drive, or Jolly Trolley ride from Rehoboth Beach and all of its fantastic restaurants. In 5-10 mins you can be on its boardwalk enjoying the ice cream, food, restaurants, FunLand, arcades, etc!!!
You are a super easy ride to The Outlets (2 miles away).
The House Details
- You need to bring your own bed sheets and towels (we provide pillows and a light comforter).
- No pets allowed
- No smoking is allowed inside the property
- No more than 6 guest
- minimum age of the people in the house is 25 (children accompanying their parents is A-ok)

Located in Dewey Beach, this cottage is near theme parks and near the beach. While the natural beauty of Cape Henlopen State Park and Rehoboth Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cape May - Lewes Ferry.
Fifer Orchards Local-Fresh Market - Dewey Beach and East of Maui are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, water skiing, and water tubing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
