Upstairs, the second level offers four additional primary bedrooms and a spacious rooftop terrace with seating—an ideal spot for entertaining, sunbathing, or unwinding after a day at the beach. Located one block from the sand, prime Baltimore Avenue puts fine dining, art galleries, boutiques, and nightlife right at your doorstep—park once and walk everywhere. The home includes a private driveway for five cars, off-street parking, outdoor shower, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, central AC plus window units for extra-cool summer days. Please note: rentals run Saturday to Saturday; this home is not pet-friendly (there has been a dog on the property), no smoking, and linens are not provided, though a linen rental package is available.

As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges.
