This single-family home is only steps to the beach. Location, location, location as they say!! Walk to everything means everything..... the boardwalk, the beach, Rehoboth Ave, the restaurants, shops, ice cream and Funland. 7bdrm/6bath and birds eye views of the beach. Off season rentals available. Off season availability needs to be confirmed. Rented by Local Realtor.

Please Note: There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement.

Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.

Tenants need to provide their own linens, towels & paper products. Ask your agent or our office for linen package options.

In addition, VRBO policy is not able to collect the Rehoboth Beach accommodations tax of 7% This amount will be noted in your lease and is payable directly to Crowley via check, debit or credit card.

After Labor Day availability and rates must be confirmed with the property owner by Crowley Assoc.
