As per our HMO the house is approved as a family/extended family rental. We are not permitted to rent to high school graduation/prom groups. We expect our guests to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of our quiet beach community. Carpooling is encouraged. Parking is limited to seven vehicles. Street parking is prohibited. We do not provide sheets, towels or paper goods.

The kids will love nightly slumber parties in their very own dorm room with bunk-beds, air hockey, a 50” flat screen TV, comfy pillows and children's books. The playground set in the large courtyard is a plus for active play. There is something for everyone here.

Experience lazy summer beach days, crisp fall foliage or cozy winter fires at our all season getaway. Come and lounge by the fire places, soak in the hot tub or comb the white sandy beaches. PROPERTY WALK TROUGH:
As you enter the foyer, to the right is the living room with focal point being a lovely fireplace and a 50” flat screen TV.

The living room opens into the dining room the seats 16 with two sets of French doors. One set leads into the North wing addition. The other set opens onto the deck with a gas grill and hot tub. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub overlooking a tranquil pond while taking in the sounds of nature that surround it.

To the left of the foyer is a first floor master bedroom, ideal for family members who have difficulty with stairs.

Straight through the foyer is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. The space has ample counter and cabinet space with a center island with bar chairs that are great for socializing while preparing meals.

To the left of the Kitchen is a laundry room with a second full sized refrigerator. The door through the laundry room leads to the garage where you'll find free weights, a bench, treadmill and space for workouts.

As you rise to the second floor from the foyer you enter the next entertainment area in the loft. It's furnished with sofas and a poker table.

This floor has a master bedroom with a bath, two bedrooms, a full bath and a bonus dorm suite furnished with a 50" TV and air hockey table. This room sleeps 12 and is perfect for youth.

If you head through the dining room to the “North Wing” you'll discover a truly amazing space. This multipurpose room has 10 foot ceilings with wall-to-wall floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing amazing natural light into this enormous room. This is the third and most impressive entertainment room on the property. It is truly a versatile room. It's cozy enough for incredible family movie nights viewed on the 65” flat screen TV or a friendly game of ping pong or pool. This space can be easily converted to suit your needs.

The staircase to the second floor of the North Wing brings you to two additional bedrooms, a full bath and a sitting area.

Doors from both the kitchen and multipurpose room exit to the courtyard that has a playground set, fire pit, tables, chairs and an outdoor shower. The back yard is surrounded by nature and great for relaxation, camp fires, fun and games.
