The lower level garage is stocked with beach equipment, kayaks, bikes, cornhole games, and a basketball hoop, along with an outdoor shower designed for your furry friends. Step outside to a private backyard oasis with a pond, seating areas, a sandbox for kids, and a gas grill for outdoor dining.
This home is pet-friendly (two dogs allowed with a non-refundable pet fee), has central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and elevator access to the garage level for those who need to avoid stairs. The private driveway accommodates up to eight vehicles.

Linens are not supplied but a rental package is available. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
