Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. Once they have, please correspond directly with your Agent at the phone # or email address provided with your lease or call our office directly. There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy of 15% penalty if we are able to re-rent your dates which is stated in the lease agreement.
Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.
Tenants need to provide their own linens, towels & paper products. Ask your agent or our office for linen package options in our area.
In addition, VRBO policy is not able to collect the Rehoboth Beach accommodations tax of 7% This amount will be noted in your lease and is payable directly to Crowley via check, debit or credit card.
Effective Jan 1, 2025, a State Tax of 4.5% has been incorporated by the State of DE in addition to the current municipality accommodations tax of 7% in Rehoboth.
Located in North Rehoboth, a neighborhood in Rehoboth Beach, this vacation home is near a water park and near the beach. While the natural beauty of Cape Henlopen State Park and Rehoboth Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cape May - Lewes Ferry.
