Just a half block from the beach and boardwalk, this remodeled vacation rental features a total of five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. While being a two story home, guests will love taking advantage of the opportunity for single-story living, as there is a primary suite located on the first floor. Completing the entry level of this home is a spacious living area that flows out from the kitchen and dining space, plus a half-bath. On the upper level of this rental home, guests will find the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms are complete primary suites, while the other two bedrooms share a hall bathroom. Indoor living is just part of what makes this home great. Off the living area, guests are treated to an enclosed porch and deck. This outdoor living space is ideal for enjoying the salty summer breezes as they come in off the ocean.
The private driveway has off street parking for 3 cars and an EV Charger is available..

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $323.50.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
