Check out our beautiful home in the quiet, friendly, community of Harmon Bay, conveniently located 2 miles from Rehoboth Beach and boardwalk, and just down the road from Jungle Jim's Water Park and Rehoboth Beach Park and Ride station. There's plenty of room to spread out in the large open-floor plan, with fully equipped kitchen, including granite counter tops, and Keurig coffee bar. There's also multiple options to eat as a family. You can use the kitchen counter, spread out in the large dining room, or relax on the screened in back porch. The 1st level master bedroom with smart T.V., king size sleep number bed, and private bathroom, makes this an ideal spot for older family members. Also downstairs is a half bathroom off the living room, and washer and dryer. The upstairs of this home includes a roomy 2nd master bedroom with a king sleep number bed and private bath with a walk in shower. This room also has a crib option for little ones. The 3rd and 4th spacious bedrooms share a large full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There are smart T.V.'s in all the bedrooms. The 2nd floor sitting area, with pocket doors, offers an additional space to hang out and have fun, or converts to additional sleeping space, with a full size sleeper sofa. The sheets and towels for this home are included. Outside the home is a wide front porch with Adirondack chairs. In the back of the house, is a screened in porch with table and chairs , attractive landscaping, gas grill, and 2 private parking spots. Relax and enjoy the day at the community pool located across the street from the house. This serene community also offers a safe place to walk, and ride your bikes. There is a shed on the property to store your bikes and beach gear.
Located in Bayside, a neighborhood in Rehoboth Beach, this vacation home is near a water park and near the beach. Shoppers can check out Tanger Outlets, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Cape Henlopen State Park and Rehoboth Beach.
