Outside, the home enjoys a spacious fenced backyard, providing ample space for children to run and play while adults relax and supervise. Let kids play in the on-site playground while the grilling master treats everyone to delicious grilled burgers and hot dogs using the gas grill available. Maplewood Community has scheduled road work between September 16 and September 23, 2024. During which time, roads throughout the community will have closures and/or detours, which could impact guests' access to the driveway of the rental home.
No smoking is allowed inside or outside of this property.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
