The first floor offers a large, open floor plan with roomy living area , den, primary bedroom with en-suite bath, 2 guest bedrooms and an additional full bath. The picturesque pond in the backyard is the perfect back drop for early morning coffee or evening cocktails on the deck. Although the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops of Rehoboth are less than a mile away, you may choose to spend a couple of days in the community. The Grande at Canal Pointe offers 2 large pools, tennis courts, fitness center, playgrounds and it backs up to the bike trail. Bike to picturesque and historic Lewes . . . "the first town in the first state" in about 30 minutes! Owner graciously offers 5 bikes for your use AND a Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit! Have a rainy day? Guest pays a $210 cleaning fee for each stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
