With space to accommodate up to ten guests, the home features bedrooms on both levels, including a primary suite with an ensuite bathroom on the second floor. Two spacious family rooms provide plenty of room for gathering—one upstairs with a large sectional sofa and big-screen TV, and another downstairs perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The screened-in front porch is the ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach—curl up with a book under the ceiling fans or enjoy the ocean breeze. The front yard offers additional space for lawn games and outdoor fun. A private, light-filled office in the rear building with wood-beamed ceilings and a half bath makes working remotely a breeze. Guests will enjoy convenient amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, an outdoor shower, a second refrigerator, and a washer and dryer in the basement. Parking is easy with a private driveway for one car and two city parking permits for on-street parking. Please note that no pets are permitted and linens are not provided, though a rental program is available for your convenience.
