Inside, you'll find a full kitchen stocked with the essentials, a spacious living and sitting area for relaxing after the beach, and a screened-in porch that's perfect for morning coffee or evening downtime. Outside, an open-air patio with a gas grill sets the scene for casual cookouts, and the single-car garage provides great storage for bikes, beach chairs, and all your coastal gear. Guests will also appreciate the beach equipment provided on-site, along with parking for two cars in the driveway and convenient overflow parking at the end of the street on a first-come, first-served basis.
The location makes exploring effortless: just off Route 1, you're within walking distance to Jungle Jim's, the Rehoboth Gateway shopping area, and The Fresh Market for groceries, plus popular nearby restaurants like Bluecoast Seafood and Thompson Island Brewing Company. Tanger Outlets are close for shopping, bike trails are nearby for outdoor adventures, and the DART Park-n-Ride shuttle offers an easy way to get around without driving. A short drive brings you to the Lewes/Cape May Ferry, Cape Henlopen State Park, and the fishing pier. Amenities include central A/C, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, community pool and tennis courts, and an electronic keypad system for smooth check-in and check-out.
