This unit includes: 1) bar/lounge room with high-end refrigerator, icemaker, and dishwasher (this room also easily converts to the 4th bedroom), 2) fully stocked kitchen with high-end appliances, 2) ample patio furnished for meals on the bay, 3) 4K High-Definition televisions (with premium cable subscription) and Amazon® Alexa speakers located throughout for your entertainment enjoyment, and 4) gas fireplace in living room.
This unit sleeps up to 8. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a 4-bed bunkbed with trundle that can sleep 5 (great for the little ones). The third bedroom has a king bed and the fourth bedroom (also the lounge) has a pull-out king bed.
Outdoor amenities include: 1) rooftop heated infinity pool, 2) fire pits, 3) gas grills, 4) outdoor seating areas (for both relaxing and eating). Amenities include an indoor saltwater pool, fitness room, and business center.
This unit also includes access to a private storage room which includes all the pool and beach toys you need (kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, rafts, boogie boards, sand toys, beach carts and games such as corn-hole, bucket ball, bocce ball, ladder toss, beer pong and more) (Note: the storage room and beach toys are also accessible by 1 other Condo unit, but there should be ample toys to enjoy and share).
Rentals include access to 2 private parking spaces, all of which provided at no additional cost.
