Luxury Condo on the Beach block. First floor location allows easy access with no stairs to climb. Sit out on the large deck and enjoy the sun. Large interior floor plan gives everyone lots of room. Central Dewey location with a comfortable living space makes a great place for large families to spend a weeks vacation together. We do not rent to high school senior groups. Park four cars. Two in condo parking spaces provided right in front of the unit for easy unloading. Then get to park two additional cars with Dewey Beach Parking Permits. Large flat screen TV in living room, Wall mounted flat screen TV's in all bedrooms. Washer dryer located off the hallway. One larger dual sink master bath, all four bathrooms are tiled. Deck is equipped with two tables, plenty of chairs and a large deck cabinet for beach chair storage. Rinse off in the outdoor shower before you enter the condo. Short walk to the beach without crossing any street, deck ramp leads to beach access. Telephone, wi fi internet, TV cable included. Three large sliding glass doors to deck Back Bedroom is set up like a game room. Bunk bed trundle on half the room and the other half has game area. You can bring your own play station or gameboy and plug into large flat screen supplied. New Living room furniture, Fold out bed in living room couch, large fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, large table and chairs. Jolly Trolly pick up out front to ride to Rehoboth Beach, so there's no need to drive to the boardwalk. Ramp to enter the front door. Access to bath from hall, livingroom, dining area wheel chair accessible.

Dewey Beach is home to this condo. While the natural beauty of Cape Henlopen State Park and Rehoboth Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cape May - Lewes Ferry.
Ready for a night out? Consider Rehoboth Beach Public Library and Zogg's Raw Bar & Grill. Jet skiing, kayaking, and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
