Linens are supplied, and the home is completely self-contained with a private entrance—perfect for a relaxing coastal escape. Need more space for a family gathering? Rent this cottage along with four nearby condos and a tiny house within the same community, accommodating up to 33 guests.
Inside, enjoy a full-service kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, plus high-end furnishings throughout. The spacious primary suite features a king bed, an ensuite bath, a sitting area, and a private patio. Additional bedrooms include one queen and a pyramid bunk, comfortably sleeping seven guests.
LOCATION: Situated on the bayside and less than 2 miles to Rehoboth Beach and the Boardwalk, you'll love the convenience. The tax-free Tanger Outlets are also within 2 miles, and great dining is an easy walk or bike ride away. Access Rehoboth Avenue without crossing Route 1 by walking or biking via Roosevelt Street to State Road—super simple and safe.
