You'll be near restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, and popular attractions like Jungle Jim's and nearby state parks, plus enjoy private community gate access to the Junction & Breakwater Trail (code provided).The ground level welcomes you with a charming foyer and a private primary suite featuring a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and a rear patio for relaxing outdoors. Head upstairs to the second level, where the main living space shines with a bright, open-concept layout that brings everyone together. Make memories in the sunny living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa and a large smart TV with streaming, then gather around the dining area or enjoy meals in the eat-in kitchen. Step out to the screened-in porch for morning coffee or evening downtime. The well-appointed kitchen is stocked to delight any home chef.On the third level, you'll find a stackable washer and dryer, plus two additional primary suites—each with its own ensuite bathroom—and a private balcony to enjoy the fresh coastal air. Rehoboth Crossing is located east of Route 1 and only 1.5 miles from downtown, with multiple restaurants within walking distance, including Outback, The Pointe, pizza shops, and more. You're also just a few blocks from the tax-free Tanger Outlets and other great shopping. For added convenience, DART public transportation picks up right at the community entrance for a nominal fee and runs frequently during the summer.Guests have access to two designated parking spaces, with overflow parking available behind the Outback restaurant. Community amenities include a clubhouse, a small gym, and a pool. Additional conveniences include central A/C, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, patio, balcony, screened-in porch, and an electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out—perfect if you'd rather skip the downtown traffic and parking.The garage is not accessible.
