This beautifully decorated single-level home has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and sleeps 12 comfortably. The spacious kitchen and dining area, living room with fireplace, ceiling fans in every room, cable TV in all bedrooms and living room, Wi-Fi, and electronic keypad access make your stay effortless.
LOCATION: Just 1.5 miles to Rehoboth Beach, its boardwalk, and Gordon's Pond State Park. Steps from the Breakwater Junction Bike Trail, three blocks from a local playground and Farmer's Market, and a quick ride to tax-free Tanger Outlets and boutique shopping.
PARKING: Private driveway fits up to six vehicles.
AMENITIES: Fenced backyard, pool with tanning ledge, fire pit, poolside powder room, outdoor shower with changing room, gas grill, umbrellas, lounge chairs, Wi-Fi, cable TVs, ceiling fans, and electronic keypad.
THINGS TO KNOW: Pool open May 1–Oct 31; no lifeguard (swim at your own risk). Heating is available off-season for $500/week. Linens not supplied; rental program available. No pets. No smoking. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. The VRBO service fee will not appear on the Rental Agreement.
