Master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed, and a queen sofa bed in living room with shared second full bathroom.
You have two dedicated parking spots around the building. You can walk to the beach with a new beach gear cart and new beach gears! One parking spot is in front of the building labeled as 100-102 and a second parking spot is near the back balcony labeled as 100-102. You don't need parking permit in the car as long as you park in the allocated spots.
Washer/dryer are in the unit. Below items are provided in the unit:

- Coffee/tea bags
- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
- 2 rolls of kitchen paper towels
- Dishwasher detergent and cloth detergent

Guests are responsible for bringing their own sheets and towels (2 queen beds and 1 queen sofa bed) . Pillows, shams, blanket/comforters will be provided. Host can provide other options if you have problem bringing your own linens.
We use a professional cleaning service once you have checked out. Check-in time is not before 4:00 pm, check-out time is by 11:00 am. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property (state photo id required).

Located in West Rehoboth, a neighborhood in Rehoboth Beach, this condo is near a water park and near the beach.
