Designed for comfort and convenience, the open-concept living area flows seamlessly into a beautifully appointed kitchen and a lovely screened-in porch — perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
Guests enjoy access to three sparkling community pools (open from one week before Memorial Day through one week after Labor Day), as well as tennis and pickleball courts within the peaceful Sanibel Village community. The neighborhood provides a quiet, relaxed atmosphere while keeping you close to everything Rehoboth Beach has to offer.
You'll be just a short walk from local favorites like Big Fish Grill, Red, White & Basil, and Bluecoast Seafood Grill. Shoppers will love the three nearby tax-free Tanger Outlet centers located within two to three miles, while the excitement of Dewey Beach and downtown Rehoboth is just a quick drive away.
Ample parking is available, including overflow spaces and six vehicle charging stations accessible through the Blink App for a small fee. The property also features a full washer and dryer for added convenience. A DART Beach Bus stop is located just a few blocks away, making it easy to get around town without the hassle of parking.
This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted per HOA regulations. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges.
