The second bedroom sleeps four with a pyramid bunk and trundle bed and shares a full hall bath.
Step out to your private patio overlooking the expansive Plaza Courtyard with community grilling, a fire pit, and breathtaking ocean and bay vistas. Community amenities include indoor and outdoor pools (seasonal), a new fitness center, and two assigned garage parking spots (6'6” max height; no oversized vehicles).
One dog under 20 lbs is welcome with a pet fee and registration. Linens are not provided but can be rented. This penthouse offers upscale comfort and unbeatable access to everything Dewey Beach has to offer. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges.
