The GoneCoastalPro Beach House in Rehoboth/Dewey has bedding enough for 20+ people, and living areas for 30+.... but 20 adults and 6 children (ages 5 and under) would be the maximum. Please note: Delaware Occupancy law allows a maximum of 20-adults. Children 5 & older are considered adults. We prefer not to over-crowd the home for your comfort and privacy.

Enjoy 3-private decks, 2-screened porches, 3-amazing outdoor showers. (no lines!!). Larger outdoor area for congregating, playing, ping-pong, grilling, etc. Charming curved boardwalk in front yard that passes along a mini sand dune complete with horseshoe crabs and picnic table.

Inside, first floor: 2-living spaces and cozy den, joined by a spectacular kitchen in the middle with built-in banquet, 2-fridges, Thermador range, Advantium oven, huge recycled glass center island with bar seating, windows that open to a screened side porch, separate bar and drink station with 2nd oversized refrigerator... all entertained with a Sonos sound system.

Need more room? There is a second living space in the rear of the home with sitting area, pinball machines, PacMan video game, official foosball table, television & pull-out sofa perfect for a separate living experience for the kids, teens & adults!

Walk everywhere from our location! The beach is a short stroll 1.5 blocks away. Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk is a 15-minute walk - or take the Jolly Trolley that stops at the end of our street. Dewey is a 5-minute walk with easy access to Woody's, Bottle & Cork, Starboard, Dewey Beer Company & more. We are located in the quiet neighborhood of Rehoboth-By-The-Sea, so you will enjoy a relaxing time away from the Dewey party zone.

Loaded with beach fun including Ping Pong Table & Vintage Pinball Machines. Gas grill on premises. Bring your bikes...it's a bike-friendly beach town and there are some amazing bike trails to Cape Henlopen State Park and Lewes.

Jolly Trolley runs continuously between Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach. You're also just a short car ride from outlet shopping, Lewes, the Cape May Ferry, Bethany Beach, Fenwick and Ocean City, MD

Our larger Lot allows for total of up to 6-cars to park. Additional parking permits may be purchased by the day or week.

Non-smoking and a pet-free home. Please don't ask, as we do not allow animals. There is a security camera on front porch as well.

The home is very unique and filled with interesting details throughout. You will not see another property like this anywhere in Rehoboth or Dewey.

Please realize this home has just been custom-built. It has been a labor of love and is a work-in-progress. The home is currently VERY COMFORTABLE, however - don't be surprised if additional decorating features are ADDED prior to your arrival. Hoping to pleasantly surprise you!

Yes, the listing shows 2-pinball machines. They currently operate. However, they are temperamental due to their age. There are times they simply stop working and need technical assistance. There is no guarantee that these machines will be operating upon your arrival. Of course our intent is to have 1-2 of them operating, but please don't ask for a refund if they are not! The pinballs are a bonus if they are working, and will be kept on free play for your group.

There is an owners unit with separate private rear entrance using the garage and room above that is periodically used by the owner. It even has a separate address! You will have total privacy, and reviews never mention issue. This unit has never been part of the rental home.

Our beach home is extremely spacious - allowing families to spread out COMFORTABLY. Indoors & Outdoors. With 5-total decks & porches, almost everyone has a private sanctuary when not at the beach.

Rules For All Reservations:
Our home is a home & we only desire groups that treat it as such. You will be handed the keys to a luxury, casual property, cleaned spotless with no broken items. Furthermore, we are in a neighborhood surrounded by local residents.

PLEASE understand this and respect our house rules. Do not book our home if your group is a party, party crowd that wants to party & shout on porches after 11pm, as we feel it dis-respects our friendly neighbors. In addition, any group that leaves the home filled with trash & sand will be charged extra cleaning charges of $200 for trash and/or $150 for sand removal. We have AWESOME outdoor showers to rinse sand before entering home - we expect all groups to utilize.

Currently, we have access to an exceptional private chef if your group desires a group meal.
