LIVING AREA

Unwind into vacation mode on a large sectional and two armchairs in the living area. In the evening, settle in to enjoy favorite shows on the 55” smart TV with a DVD player.

A game room with foosball and card tables provides hours of family fun. An adjacent office nook serves as a quiet spot for those working from home.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, equipped with a double basin sink and a full suite of helpful appliances.

When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table with seating for four.

BED & BATH

This two-story home sleeps up to six guests in the three bedrooms.

Rest comfortably on two twin beds in the lower-level bedroom. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Sleep soundly on a plush queen bed in the second and third bedrooms. A guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Enjoy fresh coffee and gorgeous views of the creek and mountains on the back deck.

In the evening, sizzle steaks and veggies on the gas grill on the patio.

Parking is available for four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway). Dune buggy parking is allowed in the garage up to 12' in length. The driveway can also accommodate a boat up to 12' in length.

This rental does not have air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
