This is an end unit with amazing panoramic lake views! There is NEW tile flooring in the living area and an updated fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, new cabinets, a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and ice maker. The kitchen and dining area are included in the open concept living spaces. From the living area you can access the private deck and enjoy the great lake views from the large windows! The main living area, 2 bedrooms, and 2 full baths are on the main level. The loft area is upstairs overlooking the main living area. This unit is up 1 1/2 flights of stairs to the top floor unit (No elevator).

There are King-size beds in the master bedroom and loft area. A queen-size bed in the 2nd bedroom and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the main living area. Watch your favorite movies on the 40″ TV with a Blu-ray DVD in the main living area, TVs in either bedroom or loft area. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo and the 2nd bath is off the hallway with a stand-up shower. There is a half-bath in the loft area. A full-size washer and dryer can be found in the separate laundry area.

**ELEVATOR INFORMATION**
Elevators are owned and maintained by the Condo Owners Association at Treehouse Condos. There are elevators in buildings 9, 12/13 (attached buildings that share an elevator), and building 14. Rent Branson is not affiliated with the Condo Owners Association and is not responsible for non-working elevators. No refunds will be given if one is out of service during your stay.

Located in Branson, this condo is in a rural area and on a lake. Sight and Sound Theatres and Titanic Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's popular attractions include Silver Dollar City and White Water. Aquarium at the Boardwalk and Branson's Promised Land Zoo are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and hiking/biking trails nearby.
