Between the formal dining table with seating for 4 and the breakfast bar with additional seating for 3, there’s plenty of room for meals enjoyed at home. The spacious kitchen with its wide countertops and standard appliances also includes a toaster, coffee machine, and cookware for your convenience. Enjoy a covered balcony with outdoor furniture. There’s no better place to start the day with your morning coffee, share a meal, or unwind after a day of adventure.
This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.
Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed.
Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo, and direct access to the balcony.

- This is a walk-up unit with no elevator requiring 18 Steps to reach the entry door

- 2 parking spaces available.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines, please make sure your pet is on a leash and that you pick up after your pet.

- As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.

- On day of arrival all guests will receive a message from the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS from the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.

- A pack ‘n play is available for guest use.

- A queen size sleeper sofa is provided in the living area.

- The home has a second full bathroom off the living space.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
