The master has a king bed with ensuite and TV. Bedroom two has a queen bed with ensuite. An office with standup desk and 3 monitor workstation. Private washer/dryer.

An amazing rooftop deck with TV, couch, lounge, fire pit dining table and BBQ. Parking includes a tandem split driveway in addition to off-street parking. Garage for storage.

Two sets of linens, bath towels, beach towels & beach chairs are provided. All utilities are included (Wi-Fi, electricity, cable, water, sewer, trash). Small pet considered with an additional deposit.
